poor service

Hi there

 

i ordered virgin media services on the 23rd of december for a quick install by post to be delivered by the 6th of january i haven't received a follow up email to let me make an account to track my order very poor service.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery of your quick start. 

 

I have taken a look on our side and it looks as though the quick start has all been sorted for you. 

 

Can you confirm if this is the case?
