outlook 2019

I am trying to set up outlook 2019 my email is Blueyonder I have tried all settings I can see posted

virginmedia.com too with IMAP.blueyonder.co.uk and virgimedia.com on port 993 and tried smtp.bueyonder.co.uk  and virginmedia.com on port 465 and I can not get it working, either

way, please help am I missing something somewhere thanks in advance

They work for blueyonder addresses as well as the other VM domains

tried all those settings and still don't work just can not get to the bottom of it.

no error messages just add emails and they don't send or receive.

 appears I am getting test message sent to my email address but that's as far as I have got does not download any messages so it's getting there slowly

 I just have to figure out what's stopping them coming through.  thanks for your help so far we will get there.
