outgoing mail

Can receive emails but when I try to send get a message saying some emails weren't sent. go to outbox. Open the emails to see what went wrong, just get a message saying something went wrong. Try again

Can you tell us how you're accessing your emails? Are you able to send emails when you're signed into your mailbox through your MyVirginMedia account?

Are you seeing this error on multiple devices? Please let us know so we can look into this further.
