old ntlworld email access

hi i have a very old ntlworld email account and really need to access it as its stll linked to my paypal account.

i have read that virgin are able to reaccess even if its been deleted after all these years is this correct

If it has been deleted from the VM servers they cannot reinstate it.

If you check the address using Mailtester.com does it come up green as a valid address?

Are you a current VM broadband customer?

The next advice depends on the answers to the above.

came up green and im still a vm customer. ive been on chat messenger with someone for the last 2 hours

The image cannot be approved as it shows the email address.

However, the bottom line, in red, is key.  It says the email address doesn't exist on the server.

Therefore it has been deleted by VM and cannot be reactivated.

You will need to contact PayPal to find another way to get back into your account.
