old ntl world account

Hi, 

I would like to access an old ntlworld email account I had several years ago. How can I do this please?

That’s correct, the email account and mailbox are supposed to be deleted some 90 days after you stop being a VM broadband customer. In some cases though, they linger on but as you are no longer a customer and no longer have an account, VM will not help you to get access to it even if it does still exist.
