A few weeks ago my ntlworld email would not connect to the server. My Virginmedia account does not show my ntlworld email even though this is the email address and password I use to log on to my Virginmedia account.
When I log on to my Virginmedia account it says my ntlworld email is not currently working.
The reason this happened previously is that the ntlworld email account was disabled at VM's end. Can someone from Virginmedia please contact me to get this reintstated asap as I use this email (longstanding over 20 years) for business connections.
