Access and use of email (ntlworld.com) is so slow, often grinding to a halt, that is unusable. The trouble commenced this past weekend when there appears to have been changes made - the login has been changed.
Hi Melissa, Thank you for your reply. I was accessing by webmail and it was still problem on another device. However, the good news is that it has now settled and working fine. I notice the login procedure had been changed over the weekend so I assume my problems may have been caused by system changes implemented by Virginmedia. Best wishes, Clive
