ntlworld email still active a year after cancelling my account

Last September (2022) I moved house and cancelled my virgin account. I was told my 2 ntlworld email addresses would remain active for 90 days to help me transition to a new email provider. That was 12 months ago and they are  still active and are now sending me only spam and scam.

How can I get them deleted?
