I haven’t had an active service with you gor years as not available where I live.
About 5 years ago I was asked if I wanted to keep the email address and it was confirmed and continues to work. I still receive emails through my pop mail but cannot access it through virgin website. I need to access old emails on file there.
Hi smileyone, as the account has been disconnected for around 5 years, we would not be able to change any passwords. Email addresses are supposed to be deleted after 90 days and am very surprised it has lasted this long, if you are able to remember the password or use an device with the details saved you may be able to log in. At the moment the only thing we can do is delete it, you have decided against this for the time being. As the account is former there is little which we can do. ^Chris
