I have returned from holiday and discovered my emails are no longer working.
I am being asked for a password to receive/send emails.
I have not changed the password and when I try to enter the current password it will not accept it.
Could anyone advise please.
I am using the virgin settings for emails.

The email account may have been locked out by VM.
Assuming that you are a current VM broadband customer then the first thing to do is to reset the password on the email to something different and unique as per the instructions in this thread
Once done wait about 30 minutes and then try to access your email again not forgetting to use the new password.

I am unable to log in to reset mt password. Can it be done by someone at Virgin and then I can change once I have access?
