Hi my ntlworld emails have not been working since Tuesday 27th April.
I can type in my email address and password, when I hit enter It says this:
SORRY
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
I have contacted virgin media for help and although I have been told a technician will contact me I am still waiting. If anyone one has any ideas on how to fix this I would be extremely grateful.
