I have a problem with my ntlworld email. I cannot send or receive emails. Spoken to customer service four times and they have changed my password but no luck. I can access my virgin media account with the new password they gave me but when I click on email I get this message:-
"Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices."
It has been like this for three weeks. However, yesterday they confirmed my account has had suspicious attempts to access it so have locked my account.
Phoned them again another password change and still no access. Please help
I called VM last night. They changed my password again and said wait an hour and the email account should reset. I waited and tried later in the evening but no luck. I’m getting the same error message and cannot get access.
