I was a virgin media customer, left and came back. I have 2 email addresses from the first time I was a customer that have continued to work but now the secondary account has been hacked and the password changed. When I try to login to primary email address on virgin media I get error "Your mailbox is not available at the moment".
I phoned in this afternoon and was told it was because I had tried to login in too many times. They gave me a new password and said to try again in 30 mins which I did but I am still getting the same problem.
I urgently need to access my account so I can change the password on the secondary account. How do I get this sorted please?
