its not letting me reset this what can i do

Possibly nothing, when did you last access the account? Is it still attached to your current VM broadband account?
Email accounts are supposed to be suspended after 90 days of no access and the mailbox deleted after another 60 days.
Accounts not attached to a current broadband account should be deleted after 90 days.
If you check the address at mailtester.com what does it return the status as?

That is it then. The email address has been deleted. Nothing can be done to resurrect it.
