Haven't been able to access my nil email account for past 36 hours. Same message appears re wait one hour etc. Contacted vm but unable to speak to anyone due to ongoing pandemic. Can anyone suggest solution

Can you also tell me if you're trying to access your E-Mail account via our web mail feature or via a third party application?
