I do have a current VM account and a virginmedia.com email address but can no longer access my blueyonder account. I have tried webmail but to no avail. Can anyone help me gain access to my old blueyonder account, please. This VM community is set up with my old blueyonder account so sending a message to it will not help. Please DM me... Thank you for your post and I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your email. When was the last time you had access to it? What steps have you tried? Have you tried to reset the password? Have you run a virus scan in case this was a security issue then reset the password?

You don’t be able to get this back unless you replace the one on the account with your blue yonder. I have spent over 15 hours over the last three days going through this. They did an update on Saturday and if you didn’t have the email on your VM account before then if is lost!
