no emails

have not recieved any emails either on my pc or mobile since monday 27/07/20, tried everything that virginmedia has asked me to do but still not working, but i do get mail sent to my spam box ??

Have you checked the settings in webmail to see if any rogue autoforward or filter rules have been set up to divert your emails?
