no emails again

Hi I've had no emails from my ntlworld account since the 20 July, this happened exactly the same about three weeks ago.

Have you logged into webmail to see if there are any mail has been received?
Which email client are you using?
Are you using the Virginmedia email servers?

Hi Anankha, I cant even log into the webmail, have got the Your mailbox is not available at the moment. message.

I'm using Edge and Outlook, I cant get the ntlworld mail?

Are you currently a Virginmedia subscriber for Broadband?
If so then you’ll need assistance from one of the moderators/VM staff here.

Thanks so much for getting in touch - we are sorry to understand that you're having some issues with your email at the moment. 

 

I have located your account from our previous chats we have had you - we can see that a text and letter  to you in regard to the email address; please follow the instructions within the text/letter first and let us know how you get on. 

 

If you are having issues with that, please do let us know and we can go from there.

Hi regards the text and letter, there was no password included in the letter???? it was blank,

Before the letter arrived the emails started to work,

then since the 15th July I have received no mail from my ntlworld account,

I am unable to access my email account because of the usual ( Your mailbox is not available at the moment.) message.

I believe that Virgin are having problems with the servers regards the ntlworld extension,

As all other mail accounts are getting through,
