no email access

Hi,

I have had no access to my emails since Friday 27th Nov ?? 

I rely on this service and I know there will be emails I need to respond to. Tried re-booting the modem, called Virgin helpline and they did a signal reboot, still not responding.

My wife can access her emails from a different server , so it's not a broadband issue. I've also posted on this forum without any response from Virgin...Not at all happy.

Sorry that you're having issues with your email account.

 

I have looked into your account and can see that this has been logged with our specialist team and I hope that they will respond to you soon.

 

Please come back if you haven't had any response in the next 24 hours and we can get this looked into further.
