hi I am a virgin customer but I have had to get my wife to join the forum as I can not confirm my email as that is my problem I have not had access to my emails for 2 weeks I have tried to reset my password 6 times but still get the same message email not available at the moment try again in an hour. I have tried ringing but nothing no one picks up even after waiting 45 mins on my mobile its costing a fortune can anyone help please thanks
Do you mean you're having a problem replying back to the Private Message that was sent to you? Can you click on the purple envelop on the top right to open up your Private Messages, then open up Zoie_P's message and click reply?
