new contract verification

I discussed my account with your representative Clive appx 28th August. where we discussed that my new contract.

The terms agreed were content as current with a charge of £28 each month. this was agreed on the the day of the call. To date I have had no notification of this contract.  

Can you please advise that this is in place.

( I see from my on line contract today you still have the intention to charge £49, which is incorrect, see above.)  Should i cancel my direct debit ?

Sorry though to hear you are having to advise us your contract amount is not correct 

Sadly we are not able to change or amend packaged on our Forums
