my virgin media cannot sign in my email or p.w is not recognised

I cannot sign in to my virgin media or my email just stopped accepting my email/p.w tried to get a new p.w put my D.O.B  and mothers maiden name both rejected. any advice please

So exactly what error messages are you getting when you try to access your  My Virgin Media and VM webmail accounts?

Since you mention MVM it would seem you are a VM broadband customer but can you just confirm that is the case?
