My ntlworld account has been in the hands of hackers and is being used for identity theft and fraud

I first reported it to VM almost two months ago and asked for my email address to be shut down, as instructed by the police, who are investigating my case. This has been to no avail.

Can you please help? Hackers have accessed my credit card and opened a bank account. I MUST shut down this email address NOW.
