Getting the following message...

The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them.

Will not let me change my password because it does it states email address is not valid.

Please help

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you back here. 

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your email. Can I ask at what stage is this happening? Is this when you are trying to log in to My Virgin Media? 

Will not let me log in at all. Have periodic episodes where I have to change password to get in but this is first time Email address not recognised. It is a very old address first used when signed up with virgin 20 odd years ago....
