mailbox unavailable

Same issue here. Now 3 days since I had access to my emails. Been through the help procedure and also transferred to an IT employee but all I get is a vague reply that they are looking into the situation. My password still works to get into Virgin Media but is not recognised by email. 

As requested I have run several full virus scans and also attempted to update my password but nothing changes and I end up going around in circles.

Would you please sort it soon.
