mailbox unavailable

Have been unable to access emails for over a week all i keep getting is the following message . 

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

Same problem here, for over a week.

The helpline number given is no help at all, as this is for Virgin Mobile problems.

Hi Garethouse, 

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, we can certainly help with this here on the forums. 

The first thing I need to ask you to so is perform an anti-virus scan on all devices you’ve used the impacted email account on, like your phone, laptop, PC etc. 

Let me know once you've done this and if the scan finds anything.

Have carried out a virus scan, all clean.  Have also changed my password.  Still the same message.
