I just realised that my virgin email has not been working for a couple of days & mailbox is unavailable when I try to access it. This seems to be an issue for a number of people currently.
I have cone all the suggested things on the troubleshooter and went through the phone auto thing to get nowhere.
This is the second major issue I've had in last 6 months after data breach/ email hacked and accounts messed with.
How do you get PM'd from Virgin directly to resolve this issue ???
