mailbox unavailable for 3 days now!

for 3 days now I have been unable to access my virgin.com email account.

all I get is a messege on my virgin media account page  saying mailbox is unavailable at the moment and try again in an hour 

I have had this account for years with no issues.. I cant sign in via my mobile email app.. virgin media account on laptop and I've tried severaldevices  from different  locations.. when I send an email to the account its fine ..it sends and does not bounce back.

I telephoned virgin yesterday who said there had been issues but it should have been resolved and to give it another  24 hours.. but still the same

Thank you for your post. Apologies for the delay in response, we've been very busy and doing all we can to get to each customer ASAP. I'm also sorry to hear you've been having issues with your email account. We have had some issues with our email service, however this should be fixed now.
