mailbox unavailable error

Hi,

I keep getting the mailbox unavailable error.  Have tried leaving it and logging in at a different times, but I am still getting the same message.

I am sorry to hear you've had some difficulty trying to access your mailbox. 

 

Can you confirm that you are still an active Virgin Media customer and that your email account is attached to an active account?

Hi Beth,

Yes, I am still an active Virgin Media customer and the email account is attached to an active account (it's the only account I have had).

I haven't been able to access my emails since Thursday, but I don't use the email account very often, so it is possible they might have been unavailable for longer.
