I keep getting the mailbox unavailable error. Have tried leaving it and logging in at a different times, but I am still getting the same message.

Yes, I am still an active Virgin Media customer and the email account is attached to an active account (it's the only account I have had).

How long have you been unable to access your emails for?
I haven't been able to access my emails since Thursday, but I don't use the email account very often, so it is possible they might have been unavailable for longer.
