mail box unavailable

This was repaired and then within 24 hours i get the same message of.

Mailbox unavailable, why does this keep happening??

Did you follow all the security steps after the account was unlocked, eg change the password and security answers,as well as all the other steps set out here?:

Once again I have recieved the mailbox unavailable message. Anyone on here that can reset it?

again. Its becom8ng a bit ridiculous now
