Chris I can change the password if you want me too but as I have changed it around 10 times on instructions from your colleagues and it's never worked do you want me to change it again,bits not a password issue it's a account issue that needs fixing by your it department

I'm rolling on the floor... when you can't login to your email, how do you change the password? This stuff is funny, in a tragic way. It is as if nobody reads the original issue, and they just start out with the same old password reset thing.
The whole thing is too consistent. This has to be a process, not just the ramblings of people with no idea what they are up to.
Based on the infinite monkeys and the works of Shakespeare theory, then even by chance I would expect them to fix something at least now and then. For such a reliable set of processes where they can string a simple job out for months, it can't possibly be chance.
