mail box unavailable

I am having problem accessing my emails, I can log as usual but it just says my mail box is unavailable at the moment. I contacted VM and they forwarded the problem to their tech department and I was told it would be sorted in 24 hrs, however after 24 hours I called back and was told the same thing, i.e it would be sorted but would take up to 24 hours, I take it that means 48 hours, I have changed Passwords with VM help but no success
please advise

if you have changed you password it your email account needs to be unblocked.

yes 🙂 wait for staff to get to the post. Might not be tonight now as its late and only crazy people are up at this time on a friday

Yes, provided the email address concerned is correctly linked to your current VM broadband account and you have changed the account password, then VM staff can unlock the account.

Hi 

I had the same problem for a week. 

I directly messaged Kev_B to ask for his help. He performed a 'reset' and I was immediately able to access my emails again. 

It's so frustrating how VM has this problem but doesn't advertise the solution. 

Anyway hope that helps!
