@alyyoung Welcome to the support community.  Can you expand on how you have lost your virgin.net email address?

In order to have continued use of a virgin.net email address it will have needed to be moved to a Virgin Media broadband account once virgin.net dial up services were shut down around 10 years ago.

Is the email address concerned connected to a current VM broadband account?
