lost my ntlworld emails

Please Help me 🙂

I've lost my NTLworld emails and folders, I have tried speaking to virgin media but they cant understand  me nor I them 

I cant reset my password. I've tried everything my email was [REMOVED]

Please help

Are you using an app on your phone/computer, or logging on to your account with a web browser?  

Is the email address shown when your log into your broadband account at MyVirginMedia?

Can you please confirm if you have an active Virgin Media account with us at the moment? 

What error message are you seeing when you try to access your mailbox? Have you tried to access your mailbox through your MyVirginMedia?
