Check in webmail to see if the missing email can be located there. If the missing emails cannot be located then regrettably they are unrecoverable.
FYI if the email client from which you deleted the email is setup to use IMAP then the delete action would occur on the email client and on the server, i.e. emptying the deleted emails folder would permanently delete those emails on the server
