loss of email folders

I have been hacked and all my folders and address book from my blueyonder account are gone.  Is there any way I can recover any of this

I was hacked a few days ago and my address book seems to have vanished is there any way to get it back

Address book deletions are permanent making recover impossible.

Try the following for missing folder / messages:

1. check other folder in case they have been moved elsewhere
2. select ⚙ > E-Mail > Change IMAP subscriptions…
3. select ▸ until all folder are expanded
4. make sure all folders are selected
5. select Save
6. select ✉ (located top left)
7. if any folders selected in step 4 are not shown press Ctrl + Shift + R to reload webmail page

Should the missing folders / messages still not be found then unfortunately recovery is not possible.
