locked out

i have been locked out of my email since monday tried ohoning and no help at all need this for work as i use to book work in for engineer so now losing jobs

What error message are you seeing when you try to log in. How do you view your emails - an email program or the web site. Can't advise without some basic information.

Using a residential email service for business is fraught with risk. You have no comeback when it goes wrong as it often does. You need to look for a business solution for the future with your own domain name and a unique email address with a company that provides agreed levels of service and will put things right within an agreed timetable.  VM explicitly exclude liability for business losses from the T and C's for their email service.
