locked email account issues again....

So yeah, this again.  I appear to have been locked out of my ntlworld.com email account.

Last time this happened it was because it was classed as an Orphaned Email Account, which is fair enough.

I got the issue resolved and got the email account 'attached' to my current VM account as it's primary email address.

All of a sudden yesterday I lost all access, even webmail.

This is my primary account and depserately need it.

Tried it now with 3 difference browsers, and my phones browser.

The page simple reloads itself when I press continue.

 

There are no errors codes etc. It simply reloads.

If the forgotten password system sends out an email with further instructions etc. then it's useless as I can't access my email.

This is getting a little ridiculous now if honest.

Can someone from VM please talk to me about this?

I haven't heard anything for days.  And have now been without this email for almost 6 days.  This is not acceptable.

And the CS staff on the phone are absolutely useless.
