Hi,
I am trying to help an 79 yr old who has just switched to Virgin Media broadband. I have searched the forums here but do not think I have found the same problem or a solution but my apologies if I have overlooked one.
icloud email.
He receives but cannot send. Error is with the server.
He hasn't been vaccinated yet so I can't get in to help him myself and need to guide him through changes remotely, which is a challenge!
Any help would much appreciated.
