i have just bought a new Samsung tablet and transferred all my old data to it (including my Thunderbirdbird email account. However I can't Log On using my usual Password. (It worked fine on my old tablet.) How can I solve this. The same password works normally on my laptop and other family members phones

Just to confirm, is it a Virgin Media e-mail address you're trying to access via Thunderbird?
