how do i get a new password for my blueyonder email

wife forgot her email password. Means I can't put email on new phone. Still has email access on tablet. How can we reset it.

If she's set her security questions then go to my.virginmedia.com and use the forgotten password link.

If not, who has the primary account - you or your wife?
