Hello tonyplant, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to our community.
Okay so when you leave us we close the emails down after 90 days.
Since you cannot log in this means more than likely its been deleted. I have also checked our systems and everything looks okay on our end.
Are you still using this email for certain stuff like to log into Facebook for example? Thanks

Hi Matt
Thanks for the reply - however, may i clarify:
I cannot log into Virgin media (as im no longer a customer, for over two years - no cover in my new home)
Also, i have, some time ago, removed all need for the old ntl email adress (including facebook etc)
However, the old ntl email was active and i occasionally receved junk mail
On 3-6-22 i started to recieve, daily, very concerning emails (demanding bit coin of £500) - supposedly sent from my ntlworld adress and quoting my old ntl pasword ??
Hence my urgent need to ensure that the ntl email is closed - with positive confirmation (i am not happy with likely !?)
I called virgin customer sevices (who could not help) on 6-6 and mesaged this form - since this date I have not recieved further mails ??
I would really really appreciete positive confirmation that this email account is closed
thanks
tony
