how do I get rid of old ntlworld email address that may have been hacked
I have been receiving emails from Apple to say that my ancient ntlworld email address is being used by someone to sign into an apple mac book pro - we don't have one so I'm assuming somebody is using my old ntlworld email address in error or fraudulently.
I've contacted Apple - but but not heard back from them.
I can see the ntlworld email address attached to webspace in my virgin account, but no idea what to do next or how to access it or delete it. It's not the primary email address on the virgin account.
Ideally would like to delete the ntlworld email address completely.
