My old blueyonder account which should have been delete about two years ago has been hacked and is now causing some issues for me. I would like this account to be deleted but cannot find a way to contact Virgin Media as a past customer who bo longer has any paperwork.

Is there a VM moderator on here who could help?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with old email address being hacked 
I'd like to take a look into this for you and get it deleted.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
