i raised an issue over 2 weeks ago in relation to my hacked email. nobody has contacted me,a s i was told they would.

the person who hacked it has changed the password so i can no longer access it all on my phone or online.

I had an open case on the forum, but this was closed because the technical team stated they would contact me.
