hi i had been a customer since the old telewest days and had a blueyonder email address, i have left virgin now as when u moved it wasn't able to be installed where i live now so my email isn't with an active account.
it still worked, but recently it got hacked so now as no longer a customer my access to change password is gone, its been sending malicious emails out and so i want to get the email closed how do i do this please?
