genuine incoming emails going into spam

I'm finding some incoming emails are incorrectly being placed in my spam folder instead of inbox.

One common factor is that the mail source contains the line

X-CNFS-Analysis: v=2.4 cv=bLzTnNyZ c=1 s... etc..

followed by
X-Spam-Action: folder Spam

The emails are from mythic-beasts.com mail server. A couple of days ago I was getting emails from mythic beasts OK without them being classified as spam. I recently added a mail forwarder for a website hosted at mythic-beasts. It uses SPF and DKIM, which seem OK. Is it a coincidence that 'normal' emails from mythic-beasts support have now started to be put in spam?

I can't solve this using filter rules, the above overrides them.

Many thanks if you can help with this.

In webmail add the sender's email address to one of your address books (excluding Collected addresses).

Re: genuine incoming emails going into spam

Unfortunately, in my experience that doesn't work consistently.  I have newsletter sender's in the address book that still from time to time get dumped to spam.

Re: genuine incoming emails going into spam

I've tried setting 'Flag a message as SPAM but deliver to Inbox' and 'Turn off all spam filtering' but these emails still go into spam.
