I get error message, Your password has been changed, sign in with your new password. I haven't changed my password. I can log in to my virginmedia account and can access internet. Error is only on my Samsung S7 using Samsung email.

Very sorry to hear you are having issues with your password. I'm a little unsure as to when you are getting this error message you have described. Is this when you are signing into your online account or just when you are trying to sign into your emails?
If this is an issue with your emails, are you signing in through webmail (our website) or are you using an email client (outlook etc)?
