please someone help me with no sucess from VM telephone conversations or online 

we have lost our virginmedia emails for weeks have tried it all and still nothing new p/words, refresh and then waiting till the 12th and told it will be all sorted but nothing, I am getting the messgae: THE ENTERED CRUDENTIALS OR AUTHENTENCATION INFORMATION DOES NOT WORK ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED BY THE PROVIDER. PLEASE CHANGE THEM.

still cannot access our business emails so loosing custom for over a month.

Sorry to hear of the email account access issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

Are you able to access your Virgin Media online account and the email account via webmail? If so, can you try these steps for us please:

 

  • Sign in to My Virgin Media
  • Go to Account settings, then Account details
  • Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
  • Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
  • Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
  • Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
