emails nor sending from pc

I can't send emails from my pc on my ntlworld account. I get a long error message. I seem to be able to send from my ipad. How can i fix this please.

Same here and can't log in to my account either!

Hi ejmor,

Due to the recent issues we've had with our email service, there is a backlog of emails that are waiting to be sent out from our server, this may the reason you are getting the server error and connection issues. This should alleviate over time as the backlog is worked through.
